Early Riser Boot Camp  
Monday-Thursday mornings 5:30 am - 6:30 am
Our programs are designed for ALL levels of fitness whether you are just starting out or want to stay in shape. Our highly experienced certified trainers will lead you through an intense program of cardio and functional-strength training. You will be sure to see results in no time keeping you motivated and asking for more. 

Maximize your fitness potential and results using our total body exercise programs that focuses on legs, abs, arms, shoulders, and core. Our classes and programs are designed to inspire, encourage and challenge you to reach your health and fitness goals. 

Our sessions run on a monthly basis, beginning the first day of the month:

2 days a week/8 classes in a session:      $80.00
3 days a week/12 classes in a session:    $105.00            One Price.....Many Choices!!!
4 days a week/16 classes in a session:    $120.00
unlimited                                              $140.00

Drop-in class $15.00

Our early morning boot camp sessions are a perfect way to start your day.   This program is designed to burn fat, develop core muscle, enhance cardiovascular fitness and be fun. 

Evening Boot Camp  - This class will resume in September
Monday & Wednesday Evening 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Our evening boot camp sessions provide a challenging, fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. Our programs are geared toward all fitness levels and modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. 

Saturday Weekend Pass  
Saturday mornings 7:00 am - 8:30 am

Our Saturday morning 90 minute session includes all the benefits of our traditional boot camp sessions without the 5:30 am wake up call.  Join us for a fun packed session that is guaranteed to get your weekend off to a good start.

Our Cardio Kickboxing class is an excellent way to end a stressful week.   If you are looking to improve stamina, build lean muscle and sweat up a storm, this is the class for you.  Join us for this fast paced 60 minute session that will be sure to make you feel amazing.
